I don't want to have my windows linked to a microsoft account. I want a local account like it was before the update.

    I don't want to have a password.

I don't want to have to be online to be able to log in in my windows

Sign in options don't give me the option to disable my password

Sign in options don't give me the option to change my password

netplwiz no longer has that checkbox that you unchecked and you could log in without typing your password

How am i going to log in to my windows without been online?

    :)

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

How to get the Windows 10 October 2020 Update version 20H2 Win Update

I agree totally, I personally don't like running unknown exe or scripts as it is not always known what it is doing in background to undo if things go bad.
At least with registry edits you can undo it pretty easy unless it bricks system after the edit but that's not normal thing (I have not run into that).
