    I just purchased a Lenovo and my Windows Hello Fingerprint isn't working


    I just purchased a new Ideapad S540 Lenovo 10th gen, and I'm not able to add a fingerprint sign-in. The below screen pops up when I click on it. I appreciate the support.

    Windows Hello Fingerprint not working

    This is still not working after doing all those steps, please help after the Windows update it stopped working and it says the following : we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint.

    After taking all the steps you suggested on here it says i have the latest update.

    Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
