Discus and support I keep getting this error 4.0.30319 with a return code of 0xC00CE556 in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I don't really know it's like if I open a app it just shows me that error and the app immediately crashes...     Parser returned error 0xC00CE556 - Quicken 2017 Premier

    Within Quicken 2017 Premier for Windows, I am receiving an error pop-up message as follows:

    Error parsing

    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config

    Parser returned error 0xC00CE556

    Both Quicken and Microsoft keep pointing the blame onto each other, leaving no help to get the issue resolved.

    Anyone else in the same boat? Solutions?

    I keep getting this error 4.0.30319 with a return code of 0xC00CE556

    Windows 10 error 0xC00CE556

    After installing Windows 10, when opening (as desktop is being displayed) I always get:

    Error parsing

    C:\\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.50727\Config\machine.config

    Parser returned error 0xC00CE556

    How do I fix this? I know very little about computers, please make the fix as simple as possible.
