Windows 10: I keep getting this virus error

So my notifications is spamming me with this file saying its a virus, but the folder that its in wont appear.

file: C:\Users\zapp\AppData\Roaming\wow64_microsoft-windows-directui.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.16299.15_ro-ro_e226111cddf241c4\miutils.exe

But when i go to roaming, nothings there. Not even the "wow64" file. I even tried to check with the command prompt. When i go to file exporler like i can open the "Wow64" file by typing in the address where the folder is. But it says theres nothing in there.
I kinda want it not on my computer, because every 2 minutes it says "Threats Found"

would love some support for this

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
