    windows 10 update KB4019472 stuck at 77 percent

    Microsoft automatically downloaded patches and on upload has frozen at 71% for over two hours. Message on screen says Working on updates 71%. Don't turn off your PC. This will take a while

    Any suggestions on next step. Do I shut down

    get live help

    I have been through all the online suggestions and need live help as none of them fix or address my issue. Why is there not a phone number listed to contact live support?

    My computer is signed in and online however onedrive will not login, and it states that I am not connected to the internet when I try to login.. this is maddening. I have spent 3 days trying to resolve this and am considering going to a different backup program. I need a live person!

    Since the issue still persists, we suggest removing the Internet connection on your computer. Try again to turn on the computer.

    If the Windows update still got stuck at 77%, try pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del see if it helps.
