Windows 10: I keep receiving 0x8007001F-0x20006 error messages

Discus and support I keep receiving 0x8007001F-0x20006 error messages in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; after running "Media Creation Tool 1909" and disconnected all hardware except for Mouse and Keyboard, and still tried running a brand new Window 10...     I keep receiving 0x8007001F-0x20006 error messages


    after running "Media Creation Tool 1909" and disconnected all hardware except for Mouse and Keyboard, and still tried running a brand new Window 10 disc and still after it runs and I think I got it the computer reverts back to Windows 7. Any suggestions??????

    Error code 0X8007001f

    I followed the steps but I got the same error message as I got when I tried the suggestion of DaveM121 -- 0x8007001F-0x20006

    The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the REPLICATE_OC operation.

    Error code 0X8007001f

    I followed the steps but I got the same error message with more details -- The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the REPLICATE_OC operation. That sentence is preceded with the error code 0x8007001F-0x20006.
