I recently lost access to my hotmail account and am completely unable to recover it because I moved countries and no longer have my old number. I am terrified that I will get locked out of my laptop because of this therefore I created a new outlook email and I would like to change my administrator email for my windows10, however I do not know if this is possible without access to my old email or phone number. I have already tried everything to recover my email and it has not worked so please suggest something other than that. Thanks a million!! :

I only respond to TPU msgs in my hotmail account so that wasn't the case. I honestly had to change the password before I could log into my account.

NEVERMIND: For some odd reason the field to change password every 72 days was checked.
