Windows 10: I lost my activation after changing my motherboard and CPU.

A few days ago, my PC stopped working so I had to change the motherboard and CPU. After the change, I realized that my PC was no longer active. I checked my MS account and saw that it detached 3 devices from my account. One is my other PC, the new motherboard, and the other is my old motherboard. So I deleted the old one. After that, I tried the option "I changed hardware on this device recently" but couldn't choose my old motherboard because I deleted it early. Is there any way I can reactive this PC again? I've already tried active windows after hardware changes but it didn't work.

Unable to activate Windows after motherboard, CPU and graphic card change

My old motherboard died after a BIOS update. I had to get a new motherboard and CPU.

At the same time, I got a new graphic card.

after setting everything up, Windows 10 asked me to activate windows.

I tried the Windows activate troubleshoot after hardware change, and saw a list of the computers I have. I select the one that was running the current Windows, but it gave me an error message saying

"We can’t reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

Can't activate windows 10 after changing motherboard

Hello,

I can't activate my windows 10 license after changing my motherboard.

The license I have is a Windows 7 Pro license, that got changed into a Windows 10 license, when the upgrade was free.

Steps I took previous to the motherboard change:

- I linked my Microsoft account with my device, so that my license is registered under my account (it showed up with my mail in the accounts section)

Now, with the new motherboard built in, I can't activate Windows 10 anymore.

I tried the support steps listed by the Microsoft helper (Activation -> Click Troubleshoot), but that did not work.

In the Activitation settings I get the error code: 0xC004F213

Does anybody know a solution for this, as I haven't found one so far.
