I need advice. I had a folder on my desktop computer with all my photos now the folder is missing i did not delete it i have checked in deleted bin. I do not see the photos in my one drive. Any advise how i can recover 20 years of photos ? Really would appreciate all the advice and help. Thank you

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Hello Cece,

There are several ways for you to transfer your photos to your USB device. You can follow the steps provided below:

• Plug-in the USB device to your computer.
• Using File Explorer navigate to your photo folders and highlight them.
• Click Move to and choose Choose location...
  
• Then select the USB device you want to store your photo folders to.
• Or, you can drag and drop the photo folders to the removable USB device location folder and it will copy the files to the destination folder.
