Windows 10: I need assistance fixing update KB5034441

I need assistance fixing update KB5034441. It does not allow me to update it. I continue to keep getting There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070643. I would like to fix this so i can update to windows 11

Devices attempting to install the January 2024 Windows Recovery Environment update ( KB5034441) might display an error related to the size of the Recovery Environment's partition.
