Windows 10: I need help fixing this 0x80070020 issue!

I am having an issue with the Microsoft store. It won't let me install games on my other drive. It won't even let me select which drive to download games/apps to. So I tried to change it manually, and I got this error. How can I fix this? I tried a lot of things online and it's a persistence issue. I believe I don't have the permission regarding the Windows app file.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
