Windows 10: I need help. I reset my computer. Now I can't login.

I just reset my computer because of problems I was having and now that I finally got out of the recovery blue screen my computer finally loaded, now that I’m in the log in screen it says sign in but when I click it, it says “the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted” idk what to do since I’m literally not into the actual computer yet, it’s just the screen where you log in. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
