Windows 10: i need help to unlock my computer after receiving message of possible virus

My computer is locked by someone or something possibly a virus according to message on the screen. Message says not to shutdown. HELP>>>>>

X3 cant' receive or send mms messages. Please help.

I bought a unlock X3 from Amazon. Problem is can't send or receive mms messages. I called at&t but they don't want to help since it is not their phone.

Could you send me your at&t mms settings if it is possible step by step.

is it possible to hand build a motherboard?

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:

 

computer virus

i think me computer has a virus when i start it up there are no short cuts or task bar( thing with the start button) any suggestions on how to fix it? thanxs
