Troubleshooting [​IMG]I put my, I think. 4 Cores up to 16 and when I pressed “Restart” it would your device ran into a problem BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO and all that. I haven’t gotten windows 10 key and done all that and microsoft login to it and it’s already ruined because I was told by somebody I should’ve done it and I don’t know the fix. It is unable to do any Advanced Options procecures and stuff, or I’m dumb and doing it incorrectly.

    sooo.. the thing is. It won’t restart, reset anything, command prompt with some stuff I have tried.

    I recently got this pc too so I could care less if I lodt everything so if anyone has a solution if I could get out of this that would help.

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
