Windows 10: I need help

Im not sure if this would be the correct place but i figure it's a start. Also, I'm sorry but this is really long.

When windows 10 was just coming out my, at the time, girlfriend, told me that my pc was automatically downloading windows 10 on its own. I had windows 7 at the time so i kept getting messages to download 10 for free but i was putting it off.

When i got off work and checked out my pc a lot of my files were gone. I even had to create a whole new profile to even login to my pc.

Well a couple years later i started having issues with my boot up and my pc saying it couldn't find an OS. So i ended up buying a windows 10 OEM.

I plugged in the flash drive and installed. Everything worked great but now my login password isn't working. In fact i tried my old password from my old profile when i had 7 and it worked and a bunch of my old files were there but my new files were gone.

Well i took out the flash drive to put it away and the next time i booted my pc i was back to my number 2 profile. I threw back in the windows 10 flash drive and rebooted and my number 1 profile loads up.

So i just lived with that "solution" for a bit but now im having issues with my pc again. Im not sure if it's a hard drive issue or a driver issue but i figured id at least try to save any pictures i have on my pc to a flash drive.

So i started with profile 1 then removed thre windows 10 flash and moved to profile 2. i didn't find anything on profile 2 i wanted to save but i did notice that there are files on profile 2 for some games i recently downloaded(and they're playing like garbage) on profile 1. Maybe they're duplicates but idk. I went to try to delete everything off profile 2 and nothing deleted. I tried that a few times and still nothing. I then tried one at a time and nothing.

I looked up what it could be and Google said to start the pc in safe mode. Well when i click the start button nothing happened. So safe mode seems to be out of the question. But i restarted my pc to see if that would have any affect.

I've been waiting for it to boot up for about thirty minutes now with no change.

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
