I cannot get the Realtek HD audio manager to reinstall in build 1903

I have seen various posts about builds killing the Realtek audio drivers. My problem is that I upgrade to build 1903 the driver run sound is there but the Realtek HD Manager is gone from the control panel. I have seen numerous threads elsewhere that suggest
how I can get it back, Many of them talk about uninstalling the Realtek audio drive which I have done and rebooting and then reinstalling. NOne of this has worked because after I reboot I get the Realtek drive installed but I have not been able to reinstall
the Realtek HD audio manager - I tried from the CAB file both manually and using the DSIM - this failed as well.

Are there any other options apart from waiting until the audio problems with this build get fixed?

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
additional if you want dts audio and others, install it now before next step.
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

 

Realtek HD audio manager not found in Windows 10 notebook

Hi,

I have an HP 15-ay516tx notebook running Windows 10 pro 64 bit v1703.

Since, I upgraded to the Creators' update after buying my notebook 2 weeks ago, the
RealTek HD audio manager has disappeared and has been replaced by DTS audio control. No matter what I do, I can't find the RealTek HD audio manager. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the sound card drivers as well as Troubleshooting.
However, it doesn't seem to work. Additionally, when I access RtkNGUI64.exe from C:/Program files/Realtek/Audio, it again opens the DTS audio control panel. Also,
installing the drivers from the manufacturer website doesn't work.

I also do not see RealTek HD audio manager in the Control Panel. Only the DTS Audio control is present in it. The drivers are also properly installed and the Windows is up-to-date.

Please help; DTS audio control has very limited enhancements and they doesn't seem to work with my Bluetooth headphones or wired headphones for that matter.

I'd like the RealTek HD audio manager back.

Lastly, no error message of any sort is being displayed.
