    I need to complete a session 1502150185


    I would like some assistance with repairing my windows 10. it is failing app by app and updates are not correcting it nor did the windows download and installation work either. the session number is 1502150185. the technicians name was Ely S.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond I need to complete a session 1502150185 :) Best regards.

    How do I open up a new session in IE10?

    Hi David,

    Here are the steps on how to open a new session in Internet Explorer:

    • Search Internet Explorer.
    • Click Alt.
    • Go to File.
    • Then click New session.

    Note: This option is only available in Internet Explorer 11.

    Let us know how that turned out for you.
