    I Need To Speak To A Real Person Not The Virtual Agent!!


    I am in urgent need of speaking to a real human being that works for Microsoft and not their blasted Virtual Agent system which is completely totally useless!!! I have major issues in regards to my account that is linked to my pc and Xbox and it will not let me speak to anyone without signing in, which I can not do...


    I have had to create another account just to get on here.. But I need to talk urgently about another account!!!

    Virtual Agent

    You should ask the Virtual Agent to speak with a live human being. It will then transfer you to a live human and you can discuss your issues with that person.

    That's how you can make it work.

    My previous post was meant for those not familiar with the Virtual Agent.

    Virtual Agent not Connecting to a Person

    Virtual Agent works until I reach "Connect to a Person" and then the screen sits there spinning dots and never connecting. I have no problem connecting with a live person using our Windows 7, or Windows10 computers on the same internet router. This problem
    happens only with our Windows 8.1 computer. Please help.

    Photos App and Virtual Agent not working.

    Can't get the Virtual Agent to work. Wanted to ask a question about the Photos App freezing up when I try to edit a photo but when I say NO and ask to speak to a person, clicking on Call Back or Chat does nothing. What's going on?
