Windows 10: I need to speak with a human. or I need a refund.

I need assistance please

I paid $106.92 for an upgrade from Windows 10 home edition to Windows 10 Pro. It will not activate because it says that I do not have a product key. I purchased an HP from HSN with the software loaded.

No option to refund Minecraft

For some reason I bought this game. I wanted to play with a friend but apparently I got the wrong one. Whatever the case I don't want this game - its been 6 hours and has caused me more grief then my entire marriage. After an hour of going in circles online
on microsoft "support" I called their number. "We have sent you a text message with a link to follow for our new smartphone experience, if you havent received a text message, hang up." OK, I guess I'll hang up, and never speak to a human being about this.
No refund option online, no humans to speak to on the phone. I want my money back, now. Somebody, please. This is theft.
