100% disk usage and unable to open .msc, e.g services devicemanager

    Hi, Just need some help
Basically i am unable to open any applications that end in .msc such as services or device manager, it comes up saying that i cant to open mmc.exe even though i am administrator, would really like some help and can specify more thoroughly if needed.
And onto another issue i have is that my computer seems, to be running extremely slowly and always at 100%, i have tried stopping the services in task manager such as Wsearch and Superfetch but to no avail, without any programs running it still hits 100%, But it may dip if my computer has been running idle for about an hour, in which case it will be around 1% but after starting steam, google chrome most applications that require data from the HDD it shoots up to 80% upwards, and will take a long time to load anything. Any help would be useful I opened services.msc and found a bunch of services ending with 582b2 that I'm like 90%... :)
    Thanks Sam,

  3. audio services not responding

    Hi David,

An outdated audio driver is one of the possible causes why the sound of your device is not working properly.

To troubleshoot your concern, kindly follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key together to open Run dialog box. Then type services.msc and hit Enter to open Services window. Locate Windows
      Audio
and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder services. Then check if their Status are Running and Startup type is Automatic.
    • Follow the series of troubleshooting steps on this
      link
      .
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

    Services Problem

For future reference , blackviper also contains a list of default settings in case you can`t remember changing a service. There are TONS of guides and references like this on the web if you don`t like blackviper.
