Windows 10: I performed a restore and recover but now it won't let me log in without internet but does...

My computer wasn't functioning properly so it was recommended to do the restore and recover. This is a Dell XPS 18 from 2016. Everything went fine until the system restarted and it's asking for my login but doesn't show any networks to connect to for internet. It shows ethernet connection and no Wi-Fi. This computer does not have an Ethernet port. So now I'm stuck on a login screen for the recovery and restore and can't move on.

Xbox and OneDrive won´t log in sometimes

For some reason my one computer won´t log on to the Xbox app and OneDrive. My other computer on the other hand works perfectly fine. I can´t seem to find to reason and even tried with a factory reset and still the same issue. Help?

I´ve allready tried deactivating the firewall and even rebooting the computer

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Skype Won´t work... games won´t work...

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
