Windows 10: I pray someone can help me. I've been using Movavi Video Suite 2020

Hi- I've been using Movavi Video Suite 2020 & suddenly, while in Title, it won't let me change color, font, size, etc. Movavi has limited support.

*just for the record- I've also been going through iCloud/OneDrive hell! No longer able to use either. It hijacks my stuff.

Issues with Movavi video editor after upgrading to Windows 10

I have Movavi video editor installed. Before changing to Windows 10from Windows 7, the program seemed to work fine. Now when I try to open it, I get a message, program not responding. I unistalled it and reinstalled with the same problem. I've contacted
Movavi but have not heard back from them. They had a trial version of Video Suite. I installed that and it seemed to be okay. I uploaded one of my videos and that also seemed to be okay. When I went to play it, the screen where it should appear is blank,
but the video should be playing. Any ideas?
