Windows 10: i ran gpu stress test ad i had gpu usage 100% ad fps only 4

Hello everyone, I have Acer laptop i7, installed ram 16 gb, GPU memory 12, and dedicated memory 4gb. So a 2-3 years ago I started having issue with my laptop out of nowhere, my laptop would shut down when I ran any game within first few minutes I took it to get it fixed, the guy said he would take care of it but when he said he was done I could still not play any games I could only play games like cs 1.6 and league if legends but on lowest settings, if I tried playing any game like valorant even in lowest settings my fps would drop to 0 or 2-3 fps but only
