I received a Msbill.info on my bank account and have no idea what it is for. I don't purchase anything from Microsoft...and I have a free University account to outlook 365. Can you please help me?

Outlook don´t receive messages

Hello everybody, After I renew my subscription of Microsoft 365, I stop receive messages. I tried from another account of email that I aggregated on windows fold and works, like from tenforuns also works. But anothers I don't receive. Can anybody Help? See if Compatibility View is telling the site that you're using an older version of IE.

From IE> Tools (or Alt + t)> Compatibility View Settings, verify that the site is not in the list, that "Use Microsoft compatibility lists" is unchecked and that "Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View" is unchecked.
