Windows 10: I recently bought Minecraft Java Edition and but its not letting me log on and is instead...

My Minecraft account was bought using a Microsoft account, not a Mojang account. I've looked on the internet for solutions, and many of them have linked me to https://support.xbox.com/en-us/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one and said to click on the Xbox One/Windows 10 online play, but I cant find this option; when I open the website it shows me this:

, I'm not sure which one turns on online play.


If anyone could offer any advice at all, that would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Mojang refunds policy and check their refund policy.



If you want to swap your editions of Minecraft that you have purchased, please
Contact Mojang Support and they will help you with this.



If you have purchased Minecraft from Microsoft Store, then I suggest you to refer
Returning items you bought from Microsoft Store for exchange or refund
and check if you can get a refund.



As you need the Java Edition of Minecraft, you can follow the steps mentioned in
How do I install Minecraft: Java Edition? and install
the Java Edition of Minecraft on your computer.



Before purchasing the Java Edition of Minecraft, I suggest you to refer the system requirements for installing the Java Edition of Minecraft from
Minecraft: Java Edition system requirements.
