Hello,

As said in the title, I recently followed a series of videos on this youtube channel.

This series consist of disabling most windows services as well as deleting some apps or folders that are not this useful.

I did managed to solve most problems, since I wanted to do some changes from the way he is doing in his videos, and keep Microsoft store.

Now the real problem is that I can't sign in with my Outlook account.

If I do this from the MS Store, I get the message : "We encountered an error, please try again later."

If I do this from the system settings "email & accounts, then add an account, click on outlook, the "creating an account" will load shortly before a window with "Something went wrong. we're sorry, but we weren't able to do that. Error code : 0x80070057" pops up.

If I try to connect with Microsoft Whiteboard, downloaded from the Store with some error messages that doesn't affect it, I get nothing at all. No window pop up, I just have the sign in square.

So far these are all the different sign in methods I tried.

My guess is that either a service is disabled, probably sign in or synchronisation.

Or that a a folder of one of the following folders have been moved to the bin (I can still get them back, I keep them in case a problem like this need one file) :

• AppData/Local/Packages
• AppData/Local/Microsoft/WindowsApps
• C:/Program Files/WindowsApps
• C:/Windows/SystemApps
  • apps remaining

I would gladly get some help for this without, of course, running an SFC, restorehealth, or clean install of windows.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
Perform these steps before posting about POST/boot/no video problems!

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you
