Windows 10: I renewed Windows 10 ( Aussie in Philippines ) NO COPY OR PASTE

I renewed Windows 10 on my laptop and I cannot get or use

Copy & Paste .. There is none ..

WHY ??

I need this fixed or I have no choice ..

Copy and paste/Editing

Upgraded my computer and it had windows 10. Have problems copy/pasting and editing my listings on ebay. I can do it with my older computer with windows 7, have to use both. Any suggestions on a fix?
