Windows 10: I reset my pc and looks like my drivers are absent due to which i am stuck at the page...

I tried installing the drivers through a usb and i found that its an exe file, but still i tried installing it failedthese were official drivers from dell website for my particular product

I would suggest you to update the chipset drivers from the manufacture’s website and check if it helps.

Step 1: You can update drivers from the
Device Manager.

Follow the steps to update drivers from the
Device Manager:

• Right click on Start button, type Device Manager and Enter.
• Find the drivers which needs to be installed and also see if there are any warning symbols. If yes update the drivers.
• Right click and click on Properties, and go to
  Driver tab and click on Update driver.

Step 2: If the issue still persists, try to install drivers in Compatibility mode and check.

Refer the steps:

a. Download the Drive from the manufacture’s website, Right click on the setup file and select Properties.

b. Click the compatibility tab, tick the box next to Run this program in compatibility mode for and select Windows.
