Windows 10: I reset Windows 10 but keyboard and mouse doesn't register

My PC was getting rather slow so I decided to reset it, it couldn't uninstall everything but it did successfully reinstall again, the only problem is now I'm stuck at the first reset screen, where it wants to know what language I want the PC to use, but my mouse and keyboard don't respond.They work perfectly fine on BIOS, but the second the PC restarts to go to the starting screen again nothing happens. I've tried unplugging and shifting USB the front USBs don't work, restarting with both keyboard and mouse plugged in, restarted with both of them plugged out, turned off PC and unplugged the

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
