Windows 10: I reset Windows 11 and now it says "The specified domain either does not exist or could not...

My PC has been blacking out when I try to play games. After much troubleshooting and communicating with various vendors for internal components, they suggested I attempt to reinstall Windows 11. I reset the PC, but am now getting the error above. Many suggestions I see online say to hold down shift and restart and go into Advamced Options and try a bunch of things thru the command prompt, but I do not have that option. Any suggestions on how to proceed? I am attaching screenshots of the issues, but can provide any other info if needed.

Im getting error "the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted" on domain itself while creating user id

or working with domain

I really need help, When i first bought my pc it was working perfectly fine and it started to not connect to the internet somebody suggested that I should reset it so I did. Once I reset it it says to sign in with administrator but when I try it says the specified domain does not exist or could not be contacted.
