Windows 10: I set my left click to scroll down so now I have no way of left clicking how do I fix?

I used a third party mouse control app to change my mouse settings and i accidently set my left click to scroll down and so i have no way of left clicking.
i do not know what to do to fix this because i cannot delete the app because i cannot left click.

is there anyway i can fix this or use something else to left click?

In the Win10 task bar on the left edge is the windows symbol which currently responds to a rightmouse button click. Can I change it to respond to a left button click instead ?Settings show Right-handed (left Primary Click ) radio button is set.

Left Click does nothing on start button

I was having the same problem. Of the five steps you list I tried the third. By going to Full Screen ON and then back to OFF, The menu came up fine when I left clicked. Thanks!
