Windows 10: I think i got ratted.

I was downloading mods for a game then i tried to open the game but it kept crashing i asked someone in the mod community for help he asked for a photo of the file that contains mods and he said i got ratted. I then opened my security app malwarebytes and it detected 17 files and i deleted them so is that good??

I think i got ratted. Help.

I have been looking for the rat and what I found is this. In the picture I use GlassWire And I scan everything with virustotal on that Ask toolbar Notifier is a 24/68 chance of being a rat and I blocked It. I just wanted to ask could this be a rat or I
got the wrong process.
