What command am I supposed to put now at the very bottom to get the computer to run/load/turn on and be usable like normal? I mean specifically at the bottom after “all rights reserved” and of course following the very last C:\> ?

To assist you properly we need to know the complete error message received and the sequence of actions you used prior to receiving error message, (sorry, blah, blah, is not an error message I am familiar with).

I started having this issue this morning; did a google search came here first.....you know the answer.....blah blah. I saw another post somewhere else stating that dropbox was causing this problem. I installed dropbox yesterday. I uninstalled it performed
a shutdown from the command line; "shutdown /s" and low and behold I no longer have the issue. Hope this helps!
