Windows 10: I think my computer has a virus but I cant find it or know how to get rid of it

I think my computer has a virus cause after some time that ive been on my computer, a command prompt pops up for a split second, then chrome opens up and nothing happens for a while, but after some time on chrome a redirect will take me to a tab that says "your file is ready". If you know how to fix this then please help. thanks

As always, there seems to be lots of alleged fixes out there, which may work on versions earlier than Win 10... but not with Win 10. The struggle for getting rid of this now un-needed bloat seems to be wrapped up in file permissions. But even when I try to clobber it with administrative authority, it won't budge. One fix suggests that you can use disk cleanup to get rid of it by selecting previous installation files. Heh. Yeah. Just TRY and find that option in Win 10.

Ok. Somebody hopefully has managed to resolve this inigma. Step by step, please.

 

I think my computer downloaded a Trojan and I can't be rid of it. Help

I'm having a lot of issues. My computer installed a virus as far as I searched it's possible it's i think a Rootkil or stayscreen sort of Trojan. I can't find my windows defender application nor can I install any virus software on my computer because I get the error message, "The requested resource is in use".
I'm currently logged into my PC via safe mode. Please help me get rid of this thing!
