Windows 10: I think something is corrupted

Discus and support I think something is corrupted in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I turned on my computer this morning and everything was laggy, so I restarted it a couple times and it eventually just killed itself.     I think something is corrupted


    I turned on my computer this morning and everything was laggy, so I restarted it a couple times and it eventually just killed itself.

    I've been stuck in the options menu all day now, no command will work (even the scannow one to fix corrupted files), restarting the computer and reinstalling Windows won't work, etc.

    Could anyone link me to a how to, to fix this???

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    1. How old is your hard drive?
    2. laptop or desktop?
    3. What makes you think it is corrupted?

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
