Windows 10: I think that my windows stopped working.

So I launched my PC today. Yesterday everything was running fine and I haven't downloaded any new files onto my pc in a long time so I have no idea how has it changed. All icons are gone from my taskbar not matter what I click it doesn't work. Even the start button. Shortcuts like Win + I or Win + S don't work either. I cannot alt+tab so I am stuck if I go out of my browser and I need to launch a new one. I've tried restarting my pc and restarting file explorer. Could someone help?

If want to disable IE, still can. However, can't uninstall it like were able to in XP/98/whatever.
Here's how, although I find it useful in case Chrome or Firefox stops working and have to re-download it. *Wink
1. Search for turn windows features on or off and click it in the search results.

2. When the app opens, uncheck Internet Explorer 11.

3. Click Yes on the warning dialog.

4. Click OK.

5. Restart for the changes to finish.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
