    I've tried many things in order to get rid of my bug. Through feedbacks, and I've even formatted my pc. The only improvement is that the mousepad is back to normal. Now I've come to you to deal with my problem once again. I'VE WANTED TO BRING MY SHORTCUTS BACK TO LIFE. And to warn you that my next attempt is to take my laptop to assistance. I've bought it recently. No way I've gotta accept this this way.

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    Thanks everybody. I,ve done the steps suggested as much as am able, It looks like the dustbin is the solution for WIndows and Word.
