We would like to verify a few information that would help us sort out and address the problem that you are currently facing.

• Were there any changes made or any updates performed prior to the issue?
• Were you able to finish the auto repair?
• Did you receive any errors or stop codes before you reached the auto repair screen?

If you were able to finish the auto-repair, there should be able to get some options. Please take a screenshot of that screen and share it with us so we can have a better look at it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Stuck in auto repair loop

If the screen is stuck for a long time on auto repair, I suggest you to restart the computer using power button and check. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to check if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode environment and check.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

• 
  Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  
• 
  Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
  appears, and then press ENTER.
