ya followed your steps and it still just doesn't show up in any of the files even after i found its location and went to browse in graphic settings it didn't show up

also put it in a folder and went to browse and the game didn't appear in it.

What type of game are you playing, is that a Microsoft Store Game?

if it is, you will not find that with the Browse option, it is in a hidden and highly protected folder named WindowsApps in C:\Program Files.

What graphics settings are you trying to change?
