Bing Chat - How to Delete

Hello I followed instructions in attachment Bing Chat 1 and tried the last two steps. It took me to attachment Bing Chat 2. However, Bing Chat was not listed. Do you suppose it’s not listed for my Windows 10 version? I use Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge Jerry

I have outlined below the steps to reach a Microsoft Support Agent:

1. Get Help App:
   
   • Open the "Get Help" app on your Windows device by typing "Get Help" in the search bar on the taskbar.
     
   • Describe your issue in the search bar within the app.
     
   • Click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page.
     
   • Choose the product and category, and you should see an option to chat with an agent.
     
2. Phone Support:
   
   • You can call the general Microsoft customer service number at 1-800-642-7676. Follow the prompts to reach a representative.
     
3. Online Chat:
   
   • Visit the Microsoft support page at Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
     
   • Click on "Get Started" to open the chat window and describe your issue. If the virtual agent cannot resolve your issue, you can request a phone call from a live agent.
     

 

Chat Log with a Microsoft Representative

It was a continuation from another chat log. It was captured after the tech support had remote access to my computer. The tech had closed the other chat which contained my case number.

Windows has been prompting me for my key (license expiring), but won’t accept it. The tech suggested a $40 replacement key and license update.
