Windows 10: I want to make my ps4 joystick an audio device

Hi!

I want to make my ps4 joystick an audio device.

When i connect the joystick to the pc, its appear as a "wireless controller" under "other devices", and i don´t know how to put this device under "audio device".

PS4 Controller Indentified as an Audio Device

Hello.

My PS4 controller is being identified as an audio device. I have disabled it, but it still does not work(Steam does not recognize it as a ps4 controller). And everytime I reconnect it, it goes back to being identified as an audio device(even tho I disabled
it and later uninstalled it)

MKV is a container format which can hold unlimited number of video, audio, picture, or subtitle tracks in one file, but PS4 can play MKV files with the following specification:

• H.264/MPEG-4 AVC High Profile Level 4.2
• MP3, AAC LC, AC-3 (Dolby Digital)

Once the MKV you add to PS4 does not meet the above requirements, the problem occurs.

2. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
3. What is the make and model of the joystick?
   

You can try few troubleshooting steps and check if that helps. Run the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Tap on Windows + I on the keyboard.
   
2. Click on Update and Security.
   
3. Select Troubleshoot option.
   
4. Now click on Hardware and Devices and
   Run the troubleshooter.
