Windows 10: I want to sell my computer&have it completely erased

I want to sell the computer. the person does not want any relationship to this computer and does not want the internet but needs to download apps and the apps I downloaded keep showing up.

We tried to do this and when I go to the microsoft store it still shows previously purchased apps.

This computer is not using the network.
The new buyer is not using the network

We want nothing to do with having a microsoft account&pretty much remove all of the microsoft garbage & turn of all the tracking nightmares installed.

it looks much cleaner then the eraser so that is a big step up.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

HOW TO COMPLETELY ERASE MY HDD - LOGICAL PARITITIONS DATA

I am planning to Sell my Laptop having Windows 10 and before doing that I want to ensure that I erase all the Data except for the Windows 10. Request if somone may please share how to go about that

1. I am aware of the recovery option

2. I want to know HOW DO I COMPLETELY Delete the Data from my TWO LOGICAL Partitions - Would Like to know the STEPS.
