    Customer Care - or don't really care

    Do Customer Care actually exist or bother to respond to request.



    I sent an issue to the 2 weeks ago and the auto reply said 48 hours. I have sent two reminders and still nothing.



    They do not seem to care about customers once they have bought the phones.



    If customer care bother to read this then perhaps you might wish to indicate that you have and give me a direct email address where I can get through to someone who will actually answer the questions.

    Nor will they customer care is customer care,if your not happy use the support link at end of page and file a complaint there.

    ring nokia not ur nokia care centre like in carphone warehouse coz dey are lazy. u ring nokia customers service n provide nokia club memeber ID they put ur case no.1 priority I want to talk with ur customer care :)
