i was goanna run valorant in my pc but I suddenly A D3D11-compatible GPU Feature level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0 is required to run the engine is required

what do i do if i can have dx12 and 11 on my graphics card and i try to play a game called satisfactory i try and get this a D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.

I have the same problem with windows 7 but my graphics card is by intel and i have diretx 11 and yes i checked so i do not know what the problem is and i have restarted my intel corei7 hp laptop and can not find a
fix and this was the error: a d3d11 compatible gpu (Feature level 11.0,Shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine. ( in windows 7 )

 

Error when trying to launch VALORANT

I was trying to play valorant on my laptop and it would say "a D3D11-compatible GPU(Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine"

and ive watched video on how to fix it and ive done everything, checked for updates on settings,update drivers, download directx11 and 12 and the user end-runtime stuff and nothing works i dont know what to do.
