Windows 10: I was having troubles with my task bar and now I have a blue screen of death.

I was having issues with my task bar and was trying to fix it using stuff I found online. I tried to revert back to a restore point from roughly 18 hours ago when a windows update supposedly happened. I did it but it didn’t fix the issue and I couldn’t open chrome so I reset my PC. When it booted up I got the blue screen and it couldn’t fix it with automatic repairs. I’ve tried using everything it has to offer but nothing works. Resetting my PC won’t work. Resetting my PC completely with or without removing my files it just says it can’t reset. Startup Repair won’t work. I’ve tried all the Sta

Along with the suggestion provided by ZigZag, try the steps below.

If you see the blue screen only after sign-in
and you can see a mouse cursor:

• While at the black screen, try using CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to start Task Manager.
  
• If it becomes visible, try finding LockAppHost.exe on the Details tab and ending the task.
  
• If this resolves the blue screen, use corruption resolution steps (dism, then sfc), and run the all apps PowerShell command.

To uninstall a driver refer the steps below.

Blue Screen of Deaths on a Daily

I have tried all of the options there, Which is why i included in my post the lists of things that i performed to isolate the cause of bsod. Thanks
