Windows 10: I was promised a refund 20 days ago and it has not appeared yet. I can not TALK to anyone...

I just want the refund promised. I did not renew my subscription to the MS office suite. It did not cancel as I requested and it renewed. I just want my money back. I do not have it installed on my computer. What else do I need to do?

No refund since October 16th

After trying Windows 10 for four days including customer support etc.. we decided to get a refund on September 16,2016. We followed the instructions to uninstall delete..etc. Customer service rep who said we would get our refund on the next visa statement.
We checked our visa in October and nothing.

We talked to a customer service rep a few days ago. She said to check my email for a code etc..then changed her mind and said to call a 1800 number which is out of service. We would like to ensure we get our refund as promised.

 

What will happen on Jan 20, 2016?


Strollin: I understand your suggestion, but that means I'll have to re-install all my sofftware etc. again. This is not an enticing thought at all.

LCDR: I tried the old activation code I used before - it is the same on you posted.

I tried the steps listed at the WinAero site. Last one failed because it said the server could not be located. But I did get the Jan 20, 2016 date back. So that's something.

I am requesting a refund for Minecraft for Windows 10, after I done the first 4 steps, the button for refund is not appearing. Is Minecraft able to refund?
