Windows 10: I would like to delete old emails and especially attachment

Hello,I need your help and advice, I would like to delete old emailsand also, attachment, I noticed since new "updates" I cannothave access to old mail and attachment, I am getting "Setting" instead.????How do I proceed,Thank you for your help

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

Hello Allan,

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Delete old hotmail/outlook web based email cached attachments

I have a whole wrath of old attachments in older outlook online web based email account

PC Windows 10
When i search and list i can only view or download one by one . I do not have any options or pull down windows to delete these files I wish to delete a wrath of these old emails and save space. There is no reason to keep

How can i permanently delete these files ?
