Windows 10: I5-9400f and GTX 1660TI - performance drop and lack of fluency WIN 10 SO 1903

hello, a week ago I experienced a drop in performance and lack of fluency, both in games and in the environment of windows 10 1903 SO18362.175, controller version nvidia 430.86

gtx 1660ti
ssd evo 850 250gb
asrock pro4 b365m
8 gb ram 2666 hrz

I have already tried with old Windows iso doing clean installation without having better results.


I have updated all the drivers, I installed all visual c ++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017.

-I have updated the latest version of bios asrock pro4 b365m (fixes microcode errors)



-I have updated the latest version of the Intel chipset.



-install and test Windows 10 SO 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, installing each of the Windows updates and still everything remains the same.



I am willing to do any test and deliver all the information that is necessary.


I have guarantees of all the hardware in case I had something defective.

Microsoft Money not launching with Core i5-9400K

Thank you but this is not a windows 10 problem. The application was running on windows 10 when I was using the pentium processor and also runs fine on my i5 laptop, also windows 10. This seems to be an issue using the new i5-9400F.

 

Nvidia GTX 1080 performance issue.

Windows 10 is not in the list when selecting the drop down menu. Only goes to Win 8.

 

Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

Any thoughts, suggestions?
