Windows 10: IBM Trusteer Endpoint Protection

Why doesn't this program work on Windows 10 (Microsoft Edge, Bing search bar).?

It worked perfectly well on my old Windows 7 system, and also works perfectly well on Google Chrome.

It is so annoying to keep getting messages popping up that say "Windows cannot find the program" when it is there and obviously working on other search engines.

IBM Trusteer - Rapport (not supported in Edge)


If you use Rapport, which usually is a suggestion by some banks for online banking including HSBC, please note that Microsoft Edge is not supported. Comment from IBM Trusteer support below:

Rapport cannot protect web sessions performed in unsupported browsers and its icon will not appear in these browsers.

Support for additional browsers may be incorporated in future releases of Rapport, but unfortunately there are no immediate plans of this kind.

Trusteer Endpoint Protection

Could anybody please tell me if Trustee Endpoint Protection is safe or not, my computer has been running really slow ever since i downloaded it and it also erratically skips from browser to browser when i have multiple windows open. Also as i tried to delete
it from the control panel I've just seen that its something to do with IBM not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing, it doesn't seem to want to leave my computer and that's a at the stage I'm at now do i delete or do i keep it. Can someone rescue me please?
