Discus and support ICC profile resets at reboot in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Hi there, I am having issues with my ICC color profile resetting after each reboot.     ICC profile resets at reboot


    Hi there,

    I am having issues with my ICC color profile resetting after each reboot.

    It is really frustrating as I have to set it up each time again after I turn my PC on, as it does not stay on.

    I have tried task scheduler thing "\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsColorSystem" as well as other things like deleting profiles, re-adding them, ensuring that in Advanced option it is the same ICC etc.

    Would anyone have any idea how to make the ICC profile stick?

    icc color profile resetting in Win 10

    I ran into this problem with icc profiles and Photoshop. Had to reset the default icc profile on every start or Photoshop would give me an invalid profile description error. Using a Dell with Windows 10. For me, the culprit was Dell Premier Color. Uninstalled
    it, and problem was resolved.

    ICC profile resets at reboot

    icc colour profile reset after screen rotation (landscape <> portrait)

    my icc colour profile doesn't stick when screen rotate between landscape and portratit on my windows 10 tablet (acer aspire p3-171), it will reset but show my icc
    is set to be the default profile but did not activated properly.

    I have used "dispcalGUI Profile Loader" to reload the icc manually after screen rotate, it is inconvenience.

    How can I create a task in task scheduler to run "dispcalGUI Profile Loader" after screen rotate ? what is the event id for system
    screen rotate ?
